Delete your Burn account
You can manage and delete your Burn account from your account settings on the web or in the Burn app.
Delete your account on the web
Sign in with your Burn account, open Account settings, and choose Delete account. Review the deletion details and confirm your choice. Account deletion is permanent.

Open Burn, go to Settings, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Need help accessing your account?
Email support@burncal.ai from the email address associated with your Burn account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject.
We may need to verify that you own the account before completing a support request. You do not need to include health records, photos, or other sensitive data in your email.
Google Health connections
You can disconnect Google Health and remove Burn’s stored connection from your health dashboard. Disconnecting a data source does not delete your Burn account.
